MyKeep is a personal vault for links, notes, media, and references. You decide what to save and what to share.
You keep ownership of what you save. We host it so your account works across web, desktop, and mobile.
These terms explain acceptable use, billing, and limits of liability so both sides know the rules.
The agreement between you and MyKeep.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyKeep, including the website, dashboard, browser extension, Windows app (MSIX), installable PWA, Android app, and optional connected services such as Telegram, Discord, and Connect AI (MCP).

By creating a MyKeep account, signing in, purchasing access, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use MyKeep. If you are using MyKeep on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
MyKeep (“MyKeep,” “we,” “us”) is operated as the mykeep.space service. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@mykeep.space.
MyKeep is a personal library for saving and organizing links, notes, quotes, images, videos, documents, todos, workspaces, tags, and related metadata. Features may differ between plans and platforms.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We try to keep MyKeep reliable, but online services can experience downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages outside our control.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Provide accurate account information. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may close your account from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
MyKeep requires an active paid plan with usage limits that vary by tier. Plan limits, prices, and included features are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Paid access is tied to your MyKeep account. It is not transferable unless we explicitly allow it. Attempts to resell, share, or pool paid access outside normal household or team use we approve are not allowed.
Paid checkout and subscriptions are processed by Polar. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's applicable buyer terms for payment processing.
Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. In short: lifetime purchases are non-refundable; recurring plans can be cancelled to stop future renewals.
You retain ownership of the content you save in MyKeep. To operate the service, you give MyKeep a limited license to host, store, process, back up, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide MyKeep to you and to the people you intentionally share with.
You represent that you have the rights needed to save and use that content and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to misuse MyKeep. For example, you will not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for MyKeep or other users.
If you create a share link or invite someone by email, you control who can access that content. Optional integrations such as Telegram, Discord, browser extensions, and Connect AI (MCP) only act on content you send or authorize.
Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. MyKeep is not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.
MyKeep's name, branding, website, apps, and underlying software are owned by MyKeep or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of MyKeep itself—only the right to use the service according to these Terms and your plan.
MyKeep is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that MyKeep will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content will never be lost. You should keep your own backups for anything critical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKeep and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to MyKeep will not exceed the amount you paid to MyKeep in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid anything.
If your use of MyKeep or your content causes a claim against MyKeep because you violated these Terms or applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify MyKeep against that claim, except where the claim arises from our own negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using MyKeep at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued service creates security or legal risk.
Sections that by nature should survive termination—such as content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—will survive.
We may update these Terms when the product, billing, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Before filing a formal dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
