Clear billing. No surprises.

This policy applies everywhere you pay for MyKeep: the website, Windows app (MSIX), installable PWA, and Android app.

Lifetime plans are not refundable.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. It unlocks paid features immediately and is treated as a final sale.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Future renewals stop; you keep access until the current period ends.

Polar handles billing.

Checkout on the web, MSIX, PWA, and Android uses Polar. Card and billing details are handled by Polar, not stored by MyKeep.

Refund Policy

How billing, cancellations, and refunds work on MyKeep.

MyKeep is sold on the website, in the Windows app (MSIX), as an installable PWA, and on Android. This policy applies to all of those checkout surfaces. Payments are processed by Polar; MyKeep stores only what it needs to know whether your account has paid access.

Lifetime access (one-time payment)

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. When payment succeeds, paid features are unlocked on your MyKeep account immediately.

Lifetime purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on lifetime plans.

This includes lifetime checkout completed on the web, inside the Windows MSIX app, through the installable mobile PWA, or on Android. Please review the plan details and price before you pay.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

If MyKeep offers a recurring monthly or yearly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.

After you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in that period unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Polar in a dispute case.

If you believe you were charged in error after cancelling, contact us with your MyKeep email and Polar receipt so we can review it.

Trials and account closure

Trial access does not involve payment until you subscribe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

How to cancel a subscription

Use the subscription management link in your Polar receipt email, or the billing area in MyKeep Settings if available, to cancel future renewals.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your MyKeep account or your saved items. It only stops future subscription charges. If you also want to close your account, use Close & delete my account in Settings after reviewing our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks and duplicate payments

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or Polar without contacting us first, we may pause or revoke paid access while the dispute is reviewed.

For accidental duplicate charges, email us with both receipt references. If a duplicate is confirmed, we will work with Polar to correct it.

Where payment details are handled

MyKeep uses Polar to process checkout and subscription billing. Polar handles card numbers, UPI where supported, tax, invoices, and payment authentication.

MyKeep does not store your full card number, CVV, bank password, or UPI PIN.

MyKeep stores limited records needed to connect a successful payment to your account, such as your user ID, Polar customer or subscription reference, product ID, payment status, and purchase date.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under local consumer protection law. Where those laws require a refund or cooling-off period, that requirement applies.
