No ads. Ever.
MyKeep is not an ad product. We do not run ads, and we do not build an attention feed around your saves.
MyKeep is a quiet place for what you save. Not a social feed. Not an ad platform. Your vault belongs to you.
MyKeep is not an ad product. We do not run ads, and we do not build an attention feed around your saves.
Your links, notes, images, and files are yours. We do not sell your personal data or turn your vault into a marketing profile.
Your account is private by default. Share only what you choose, when you choose, with the people you choose.
Your saved things should feel safe.
MyKeep is built as a quiet, personal place for the things you save. We are not building an ad platform. We are not here to sell your data. We only store what we need to make your account, your saved items, sharing, and paid access work properly.

Your MyKeep account belongs to you. The links, notes, images, videos, todos, workspaces, and references you save are there so you can come back to them, not so we can track you, advertise to you, or build a profile around you.
When you create an account, we store the basic information needed to run your account, such as your user ID, name, email address, and authentication information.
We also store the things you choose to save in MyKeep. This can include links, notes, todos, images, videos, screenshots, workspaces, tags, share links, file references, timestamps, and organization settings.
We store this so your dashboard can work, your items can appear in the right place, and your saved things can stay available to you when you come back.
If you upload an image, video, screenshot, or other file, the file may be stored using secure cloud storage or CDN infrastructure. MyKeep then stores the file reference or file URL in our database so we can show it back to you inside your dashboard.
In simple words: the database remembers what the item is, and the file storage keeps the actual uploaded file.
The “Add to MyKeep” browser extension is a small helper that lets you save the page you are on: a link, image, video, highlighted text, or a quick note, straight into MyKeep, without leaving the tab.
It only does something when you ask it to. Clicking the toolbar button, using the right-click menu, or opening its popup is what triggers a save. It does not sit in the background watching what you browse, and it does not collect your browsing history.
To make those saves work, the extension asks for a few permissions. Here is the plain reason for each one:
Whatever the extension captures is the content you chose to save, and it goes into your private MyKeep account, the same as anything else you save. It is not shared with anyone else, and it is never used to advertise to you.
Paid users can choose to connect the official MyKeep Telegram bot. When you connect it, MyKeep stores the Telegram chat and account identifiers needed to send saves and confirmations to the correct MyKeep account.
The bot processes only messages and files that you send or forward to it. That can include text, links, photos, videos, documents, audio, voice messages, captions, and limited forwarded-message attribution. MyKeep downloads that selected content from Telegram and stores it in your private MyKeep account.
MyKeep does not read your other Telegram chats or contacts. You can disconnect the bot from MyKeep Settings or with the bot's disconnect command.
Paid users can search text inside saved images, link preview thumbnails, and uploaded documents, and can also search photos by what they show, such as people, grass, food, or buildings. MyKeep sends only the files or preview images needed for that search feature to Google Cloud Vision and related document parsers.
Extracted text and scene labels are stored in your private MyKeep library metadata so you can find items without opening them first. MyKeep does not use OCR or scene-label results for advertising, and unpaid accounts do not run this indexing.
MyKeep uses Polar to securely process checkout and payments. When you choose to purchase access, we send Polar only the basic account details needed to connect the payment to your MyKeep account, such as your user ID, email address, and name.
After payment is completed, MyKeep stores limited payment access records, such as your MyKeep user ID, Polar customer ID, Polar checkout or order ID, Polar product ID, payment status, access level, and purchase date.
We do not store your card number, CVV, bank details, UPI details, or payment password.
Your payment details are handled by Polar. MyKeep only stores the information needed to know whether your account has paid access.
Your saved items are connected to your account. They are not meant to be visible to other users unless you intentionally share them.
If you create a share link or invite someone by email, the selected content may become accessible to the people who have that link or invitation. You decide what you share.
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your account and saved content. Sensitive keys such as database credentials, payment access tokens, and webhook secrets are stored as server-side environment secrets and are not placed in public client-side code.
Data sent between your browser and MyKeep is handled through secure web connections where supported by the platform. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep MyKeep secure and to store only what the product needs.
You can delete individual saved things without closing your whole MyKeep account. Inside MyKeep, remove the saved item, uploaded file card, workspace, tag, or share link you no longer want to keep. This lets you clean up part of your vault while keeping the rest of your account active.
If you want to delete your full account and associated data, sign in to MyKeep and use the account deletion option below or in Settings under Close & delete my account. MyKeep will open a confirmation page before anything is deleted. After you confirm there, MyKeep deletes your account, saved items, uploads, workspaces, tags, share links, profile data, and access records connected to that account.
To close your MyKeep account and delete your saved data, sign in first. You will review exactly what will be removed before anything is deleted.

We may retain limited records only where needed for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons. Any retained records are kept only for the purpose and period required.
MyKeep may use essential cookies or session storage to keep you signed in and make the product work correctly. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
